What is your cancellation & refund policy?

There are many different factors that go into planning an after-school program, summer camp, clinic, or private/group lesson, so please read the following cancellation policy carefully.

• If you cancel 8 or more days before your scheduled program date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

• If you cancel 7 or fewer days before your scheduled program date or are a “no show,” you will not receive a refund.

• Registration investments are fully transferrable to other programs.

• If programs are cancelled by Boneshaker Adventures, a full refund will be issued.
